For 19 years, we've been renovating staircases made of raw concrete or tile, covering them with polished concrete to make them a centerpiece of your interior. In new construction, it's the same, with particular attention paid to the latter's humidity level.
A concrete staircase is a massive unit, which for months during construction will be subjected to fluctuating temperatures, resulting in incomplete drying. The residual moisture contained in the staircase will only really leave once you have moved in; it will finish drying in an environment with stable temperatures. Just before you move in, we will make the necessary preparations (sanding, restructuring of the steps, etc.) as well as a restructuring coating which will allow you to have a clean and usable staircase on the day you move in.
We will then come back to finish our work.
